FOGL are organising a cumulative swim to clock up the Channel distance (35km) during the 1st day of the 2010 Lido season in aid of the Phyllis Tuckwell Charity. As the Lido seems to be a hot-bed of accomplished, aspiring and merely admiring Channel swimmers, we hope that through the cummulative swimming efforts of all who volunteer to swim anything from a couple to a whole lot more lengths on the day, the distance will be covered before the day’s end. If you’re willing to do even just one length of swimming to help us make up the 35k and raise some funds, we’d love to hear from you.
