FOGLs were in abundance at the recent World Winter Swimming Championships held at Lake Bled in Slovenia. Swimming in water temperatures close to freezing, Ellery McGowan brought home a Gold medal for 25m freestyle (60+), Rory Fitzgerald bagged a silver for the 50m freestyle (50+) and Jim Boucher’s relay team also gained silver.
